Return Policy

a) Product returns cannot be made by the customer without prior knowledge and approval from Little Tacker Toys. If you wish to seek repair, replacement, or a refund for a product, please contact us, and we will explain the requirements. This may include providing proof of purchase and evidence of the faulty product.

b) Customers may return unopened products sold and fulfilled by Little Tacker Toys within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Any additional costs for delivery or re-delivery will be at the customer’s expense unless Little Tacker Toys determines that the product was incorrect or defective.

c) The total refund amount will be the purchase price of the product less the actual shipping costs incurred by us, as determined by the relevant postage company. If the actual shipping costs exceed the delivery fee stated on the website or invoice, the excess shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. If the actual shipping costs do not exceed the delivery fee, the refund will be the purchase price less the stated delivery fee. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

d) If the product is found not to be defective, it will be returned to the customer.

Return Process

All returns must be sent via registered post, and customers must provide Little Tacker Toys with the tracking details before dispatching the item.

Products received in a damaged state will not be accepted.

Unless a product is deemed faulty or defective under the manufacturer’s warranty, Little Tacker Toys will not accept returns of opened or used items. This includes items with removed seals, shrink wrapping, protective materials, stickers, attachments, or accessories.

Exceptions

Special or custom-made orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Products returned under warranty that are deemed by Little Tacker Toys to have been misused, abused, or improperly handled will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee

At its discretion, Little Tacker Toys may charge a 10% restocking fee on products returned due to a change of mind. To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be:

Undamaged

In a saleable condition

Sealed, unopened, and unused

Duty of Care

Customers have a duty of care for the product while it is in their possession. If a product is damaged while in your care and subsequently returned, you may be liable for repair costs to restore it to its original condition. If a repair is deemed uneconomical, no refund will be provided.
