We do not store credit card information. All credit card information is securely submitted to our bank for processing.
Shipping Policy
Location
Little Tacker Toys can dispatch orders to any physical or postal address recognised by Australia Post and/or local authorities as a registered or lawful address in Australia. At this time, we do not deliver outside Australia. If you are located outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
Cost
We offer a free pickup option, as detailed on our website. If you are unable to collect your purchase from our warehouse, delivery charges will apply, as calculated by the shipping calculator on our website.
Timing
Little Tacker Toys endeavours to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the order (excluding non-working days in Victoria). Once dispatched, orders generally take 2 to 7 working days to reach the shipping address provided by the customer. For pre-orders, the maximum delivery time is 10 weeks (see below for further details).
• Peak Periods: Delays may occur during peak periods (October to December). Customers are advised to place orders early to avoid unexpected delays. Little Tacker Toys is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third parties and is not liable for any inconvenience, hardship, or financial loss arising from such delays.
Pre-Orders
Little Tacker Toys allows customers to pre-order items that are in production or awaiting arrival.
• Availability: Pre-orders are typically advertised 7 to 60 days before the stock becomes available.
• Payment: Pre-orders must be placed as regular orders, with full payment for the product and postage made upfront.
• Delivery: Handling and delivery times after the stock arrives follow standard procedures.
Changes to Delivery Details
If you need to change your delivery date or address, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional delivery fees may apply if further delivery attempts are required.
Delivery Methods
• Products may be delivered via various methods.
• Customers must sign any forms or consignment notes presented by the courier to accept delivery.
• Authority to Leave: By default, orders include an Authority to Leave at the front door in a secure location if no one is available to receive the delivery.
Title and Risk
• Ownership of products transfers to you only upon delivery and full payment.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
Warranty Policy
Duration
Our goods come with a six-month manufacturer’s warranty commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing faults but excludes damage caused by misuse, exposure to liquids, excessive heat, or external factors.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, return the defective goods at your expense, along with proof of purchase, within the warranty period. If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the item. If not, we will return the item to you at your cost.
Media Use Policy
Little Tacker Toys may use photographs, video footage, and/or audio recordings related to products purchased through Little Tacker Toys and shared via social media platforms, websites, Google reviews, or sent directly to us. This includes any associated negatives, prints, transparencies, or digital information (the “Material”).
Little Tacker Toys may use this Material for promotional, educational, or advertising purposes across various media platforms. By using our services, you grant permission for this usage.
