Delivery Locations
Little Tacker Toys can dispatch orders to any physical or postal address recognised by Australia Post and local state authorities as a registered or lawful address in Australia(Mainland). At present, we do not deliver outside Australia. If you are located outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss alternative delivery options.
Delivery Costs
We offer a $10 pickup option on our website. If you are unable to collect your order from our warehouse, delivery charges will apply. These charges can be calculated using the shipping calculator available on our website.
Dispatch and Delivery Timing
• Dispatch: Little Tacker Toys aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the order (excluding non-working days in Victoria).
• Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, orders generally take 2 to 7 working days to reach the specified delivery address. For pre-orders, delivery may take up to 10 weeks (refer to details below).
• Peak Periods: During peak periods (October to December), delays of several days or more are possible. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance to allow sufficient time for delivery.
Important: Little Tacker Toys is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third parties. We are also not liable for any inconvenience, hardship, or financial loss resulting from such delays.
Pre-Orders
Little Tacker Toys offers a pre-order system for items that are either in production or awaiting arrival.
• Availability: Pre-orders are available 7 to 60 days before stock arrives.
• Estimated Arrival Dates: We provide an estimated arrival date for pre-order items, which may vary slightly. Stock could arrive a few days earlier or later than the specified date.
• Payment: Pre-orders must be placed as standard orders, with full payment for the product and postage made upfront.
• Delivery Handling: Once the stock arrives at our warehouse, handling and delivery times will follow the standard process.
Changes to Delivery Details
If you need to change your delivery date or address, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are unavailable to accept delivery on the agreed date, you may incur additional delivery fees for subsequent attempts.
Delivery Methods
Little Tacker Toys may deliver products using various methods. Upon receiving your order, you must sign any forms, delivery dockets, or consignment notes presented by the courier.
Authority to Leave: By default, orders include Authority to Leave at the front door in a secure location if no one is available to accept the delivery.
• Refusal to Accept Delivery: If you refuse to sign or accept delivery, the order may be returned to Little Tacker Toys. In such cases, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees for re-delivery.
• Courier Costs: Any additional costs incurred by the courier for returns or re-delivery will also be charged to you.
Ownership and Risk
• Ownership Transfer: Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery and receipt of full payment.
• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration transfers to you upon delivery.
If your payment is declined, Little Tacker Toys reserves the right to reclaim the products, even if they have been delivered. In such instances, we may retain or resell the items.
Address Definitions
Business Address:
A business address must:
• Be located in a commercial zone, not a residential area.
• Have street access and unloading facilities capable of receiving truck deliveries.
Delivery to commercial addresses is often faster and less expensive.
• Verification: We may verify the business name, address, and designated contact details. If the information provided is incorrect or the address is classified as residential, processing may take longer.
• Additional Costs: If a residential delivery incurs higher costs than paid, you will be contacted to cover the difference.
Examples of Business Addresses:
• Workshops with truck access
• Shopfronts with street access and loading zones
Residential Address:
A residential address includes private homes and premises where businesses may operate.
• Residential Deliveries: Any business operating from a residential address is classified as a residential delivery.
• Carrier Zones: Some carriers classify zones as commercial or residential. Ensure your business address falls within a commercial zone to avoid delays or additional costs.
